Suggestions for yeast bread pan?
I need to get some loaf pans for homemade yeast bread. Is there a difference in the pans thenselves? I have always used metal pans in the past, but how about the newer material that has been out for awhile, the flexible ones. Looking for anyone who has knowledge in the area.Thanks.
Unless you have some newer recipes I would stick with the traditional metal pans. It sounds as if you have been making home baked bread for a while so you know that even humidity and temperature and air pressure can affect how your bread turns out. I think you should stick with some new metal pans.
