Should I get an electric griddle or one that you put on the stovetop?
I'm going to go buy one later today. I want one for making eggs and pancakes mostly. I have the glass top type of stove top with the electric burners. I don't know if this would be good for heating a griddle or if gas burners would do it better. That's why I'm debating what type to get. What do you think?
Gas is better for a stove top one. In your situation, I'd probably go for the separate electric one. It will heat up more efficiently on your electric hob.
