Planning for Your Pony
Here is a business thought that should really be taken to heart. "A young girl wanted a pony. It was what she dreamt about all her life. A pony was in her every thought. When she asked her mom if she could have a pony her mom said, 'Do you know how to take care of a pony? It can't stay in your bedroom; it must have a place to stay. Does a pony eat peanut butter and jelly? What kind of exercise does a pony need?'"
So this little girl turned her daydreaming into plans. She took out a notebook and searched for all the answers to all the questions her mom had given her and all the other questions she could come up with. She found a place for the pony to stay, learned about caring for it, and nursing it in sickness. Soon there was nothing she did not know about keeping a pony.
My question is, in your businesses are you planning for your pony? You must immerse yourself into what you want. Several things often happen when you are planning for your pony. You might in fact discover that pony keeping is not what you want at all; instead, you may decide that you like riding and will change your direction and focus to becoming a jockey! Or you may still love ponies and are finding people who have just what you are after and may be willing to give it to you, or offer it to you at a very low price. You may also find incredible opportunities in what you want to do because you have immersed yourself into the culture of it. And most importantly- you become known to all the pony keepers!

Dessert recipe using cream cheese wanted!?
I have two 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, and I'm looking for a dessert recipe that calls for them. I love www.allrecipes.com, but I'm looking for something "tried and true." I've made a few recipes from websites (even though the recipes received a high rating/review) that weren't what my husband and I considered a "keeper." Can anyone help? I have the basic baking/cooking ingredients: white and brown sugar, eggs, butter, most spices, a few chocolate chips, etc.
This is one of my family favorites.....It puts an aroma through out the house!!!!! It's fantastic
Cream Cheese Delight
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature (I use 1/3 less fat)
2 (8 ounce) packages crescent roll dough (I use the low-fat kind)
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Grease 9x13 pan.
Preheat oven to 350.
Spread one can of crescent dough on bottom of pan.
Mix softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar and vanilla until smooth, and spread on top of crescent dough.
Spread 2nd can of dough on top of cheese mixture. Be careful not to leave too many gaps in dough.
Pour melted butter all over crescent dough.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar with 1 teaspoons of cinnamon. Spinkle on top of butter. Use all of it -- it looks like a lot, but it's just right.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting.
Serve with coffee, milk, or Ice Cream!
