Tips to serve Gourmet cheese
Gourmet cheeses come in different types, textures, and flavors. In early days, American cheese had been placed in a white bread and calling it a meal. If you serve your gourmet cheese at room temperature, cheese will display its true color by giving natural flavor and taste. You can easily bring back the cheese to the room temperature by keeping the cheese out of refrigerator at least for 30 minutes prior to serving. And also you should be more vigilant during summer that cheese won't get sweat out to loose its flavor and taste, if it remains more time in the room temperature.
