Nope. Not a good idea. This provides a perfect haven for foodborne bacteria to flourish. Raw chicken that is warmed up but not fully cooked enters the food safety "danger zone" between 4°C to 60°C (or 40°F to 140°F).
Chicken should be cooked until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) for pieces or 185°F (85°C) for a whole bird. You can always reheat it to serve it later.
Once you start to cook the chicken you should not stop until it is fully cooked.
