Deep fried meat suggestions?

I have a new deluxe deep fryer. I want to deep fry my marinated london broil for shredded beef tacos, gourmet style. anyone try this and how long do I leave it in?

I don't think it would go very well but I would suggest about 6 minutes, as that is what you would broil them at.
