Dessert only reception?
I would like to only have desert/coffee type foods at my reception. However, I still want it to be very classy and elegant. Is dancing appropriate? Would I have servers come to each table, or do you do a buffet style? Any advice would be appreciated!

I've been to weddings with both kinds of setups. In one, the server would bring around a tray with one each of the available desserts, and everyone could get a look at them and then decide what they wanted. At the buffet, people were dismissed by table and could simply go pick whatever they wanted. Both were very nice!
