what site would i got to for easter decarations for a cake?
www.wilton.com has many, many sorts of plastic decorations, candles, etcetera that you can use to create cakes, as well as specialty pans. (Though I have to warn you, when I make the 3D lamb or rabbit, you have to chop its' head off and reattach it with skewers before frosting or it will fall off the minute you try and move it, very disappointing.)

Also, check in your supermarket grocery line in about 2 weeks and you should start seeing directions for several variations of bunny or lamb cakes in the home/women's interest magazines.
I have also seen the simpler "easter egg cake" which is made of a frosted oval then decorated with candies and squiggles and such.
Edible flowers, such as carnations, roses, nasturtiums, are also another option that has the look of spring, though be sure they are food grade.
