I wouldn't recommend it as chiclids are vary aggressive a territorial fish and ghosts knifes are very susceptible to death from being over stressed.

Basic Electric Rules That Needs To Be Followed As Electrical Contractor Does by Richard Kenny
If you wanted to conduct repairs or changes in your electricity but does not want to contact an electrical contractor, it is important that you do have basic electrical and wiring knowledge before you begin any electric work, including how to relocate an electrical floor outlet.
Be sure you always follow local and national electrical codes while you work. You will also need to make sure that you were able to read the manufacturer's instructions carefully.
The first thing you must do when working with anything electrical is to be sure the power is turned off.
This is the first rule that an electrical contractor does in conducting electrical repairs and changes in your household. Oftentimes the breakers are marked by the builder but sometimes they are incorrect. You may have to turn the breakers on and off, one by one, until you locate the correct one for your wire source. Always be sure to test with a circuit tester before starting work.
ill remove the outlet box in the same way that it was installed. Remove any screws holding the plate cover onto the box and pull the unit out. If there was a bead of caulk placed between the outlet box and the subfloor, you may need to release this.
You can use a flat screwdriver or a chisel and gently slide it under the lip and slowly pry it out. Do these gently so as not to damage the unit incase you want to use it again and so as not to damage any more of your floor.
ut the wires and use wire nuts on the ends to cap them. You will need to fish these wires down the line to your new location unless you have different wiring in place there.
When you are finished with the project, cover the hole in your subfloor with proper flooring materials. You may want to access this area again since you have left wires under the floor, so be mindful of how you repair the floor.
e sure the area you choose has no wires or plumbing that can be damaged while you drill and install the box. Also be sure that there is enough clearance below the floorboard for installation of the floor box. The manufacturer's instructions will provide the depth necessary. Cut a hole in the carpet with a sharp Utility Knife. There is usually a template included in your outlet kit, then use a hole saw and cut a hole in the floor.
Otherwise, check with the installation instructions for the proper size if one was not included.
Bring the wires from the old location and connect the existing wires to the color coded ones on the new receptacle using the nuts provided, i.e. green to green, black to black, white to white. Push all the excess wires in the hole but clamp the romex, bent over, to the bottom of the box floor. Reinstall the bottom plate and clamp. The romex will exit into the bottom of the cover plate and is held by screws.
e a bead of caulk on the floor around the outlet hole and place the assembled floor box into the hole, being sure it is well seated. Place the cover plate over the top and screw into the subfloor. Lastly, test the electrical flow for proper function and operation.
