Healthy Cooking With Steam Control Multi-Element Stainless Steel Cookware

Heat pot on medium heat and then place chicken pieces in pan and brown on both sides. Extra oil in not needed. Very minor sticking may be present but no problem. what is 12 Element Stainless steel cookware?

You are probably inquiring about the "waterless cookware".
Waterless cookware is sold under several brand names and is a SCAM. They scare you in their presentations, telling you all sorts of lies.... they tell you that ALL other cookware is unsafe, unhealthy, will give you cancer... they tell you that food won't stick in their pans.... all lies. They also rope you into bait and switch sales contract where you end up paying twice what you thought you would pay.
You can get beter quality for half the price. If you are considering spending 1200 bucks or more on this cookware, then spending 600 on All Clad will seem like a bargain. All Clad is consistently rated best by all sorts of consumer tests.
Before you buy, google some complaint websites about waterless cookware. They have been reported to the better business bureau thousands of times.
