Can you get an allergic reaction after accidentally cutting yourself on glass?
I accidentally cut myself while cleaning up a glass I broke. It was a small nick on my hand, but a few hours later I broke out in a small itchy hive below my thumb... hours later another itchy hive on a finger of the same hand. What's going on here?
what kind of glass did you cut your hand on? did it have any cleaners on it? was it really old glass?
make sure you have cleaned out the cut really well. if you think it needs stiches- go to an urgent care or an er.
after you have it really really well cleaned you could take some benadryl and see if that helps. be careful though- benadryl will make you very sleepy!
