Question about antivibration gloves and HAVS?
I am developing Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome very rapidly since starting my current job. I feed knives through a hollow grinder for 8 hours a day, and the machinery is in poor condition and the vibrations come through the knife and cause damage. I was looking to ask this in an answers section about industrial occupational safety but couldn't find such a section, so any answers from people working with powered machinery if you have experience with antivibration gloves, what were the best set? I am leaning now towards the ProFlex® VR Series - 9002 Certified Antivibration Gloves by Ergodyne, but any input from those who know would be appreciated. I am losing feeling in my fingertips and I read the damage caused is permanent.
