Canvas Paintings
Throughout the centuries artists have been trying to express their feelings by creating canvas paintings. Important hunting events were already depicted by cavemen making use of colour paints made from flowers, fruits and blood.

Many portrait artists make use of oil colour paints for large projects. Oil paints don't dry as rapidly and might be rejuvenated with a minor quantity of mineral spirit or turpentine. This gives the portrait painter the opportunity continuing the project another time.
