Do you grease and flour a Non Stick pan?
I am baking a cake and the recipe says to grease and flour the pan but I'm using a non stick pan. Do I still have to grease and flour the pan? Thx!
I go ahead and grease and flour the pans if it's for a layer cake or Bundt to make sure the cake comes out. I don't bother if it's my 9 x 13 pan that I'll keep the cake in.
