- Rough-in shower drain pipe
- Prepare floor and walls for concrete and membrane
- Install base of drain.
- Lay thin layer of concrete to create slope
- Put down layer of roofing paper
- Cut and install membrane and top of drain.
- Hang concrete board on walls
- Pour final layer of concrete with chicken wire embedded
- Build form for threshold
- Pour concrete for threshold
- Tile it.

We are going to buy a good set of pots/pans, any suggestions on what type to get that will last years?
I know there are a million types of pots and pans, we want to buy a good set to last us years, what kind do we get? Non-stick? Cast Iron? Brands?
We are planning to sped a few hundred dollars to get something decent, I cook a LOT.
I asked my hubby's advice (he is a professional cook.) He says the absolute top-of-the-line best are All-Clads, which are copper coated with Stainless Steel. But for a set of those you would pay thousands. At Costco they have a nice set of stainless Steel Pots and pans for around $200. We have had those for several years and they are doimg fine for us and lasting well. He does not recommend non-stick. They are not durable.

MIAMI, FL - Gold is continuing to rise, following extensive buying activity at the lower prices. A majority of analysts predicts higher prices for gold in the coming week, possibly breaking back through $1700. It appears that gold has hit bottom and is now firmly on its way back up. The worst of the liquidation-based selling seems to be over and there is considerable demand coming from India. Meanwhile, the white metals are not faring so well, showing small losses. However, both Toyota and Honda have announced a return to full production, which should increase industrial demand for the platinum group metals.
"Signs indicate that we should start to see prices rising for all precious metals in the coming weeks," says Bill Hionas of Pan American Metals of Miami. "October is generally the worst month of the year for gold, but we anticipate continued demand from India as we approach their major festival later in the month. India is now one of the major buyers of gold bullion."
