I'm really pleased with this cookware set! It's a good quality product for a great price! It's all you need for everyday cooking and cleans up really nice. I was worried about the food sticking since I'm converting from non-Stick Cookware but clean up hasn't been a problem for me. This is a healthier option too! Get it at Amazon because they have the best price and shipping was faster than expected.

First of all, the cookware set was delivered very fast and the price was very reasonable. Once I washed the pans, I started to use them for cooking, immediately. I was impressed by the even heating of the pans. Just remember to use about half the amount of heat you would use with a non-stick coated pan, or you'll end up burning everything. This will be a bonus savings on my propane bill, also. There's no after taste in the food...funny, I hardly noticed it until it was gone. The pans can be used directly in the oven, which is nice for range top to oven dishes, since switching pans is no longer necessary. The bright shiney finish is nice and all, but the pans start to discolor somewhat with use. I'm sure that you can polish them back up. I don't mind the slight discoloring, I expect it with the large amount of cooking I do. It's important, however, to keep the pans clean on the inside, to keep them from sticking. An ordinary kitchen scrubby pad (non-metalic), will take care of this. Soak the pan, in hot, soapy water, first if you have to. They clean up nice. I don't put them in the dishwasher, mainly so that I can inspect them, so I don't know about discoloration using it. I'd recommend this cookware to any "home" chef. Very sturdy, handles on the pots and lids stay relatively cool, and easy clean up. Who could ask for more at this price!

Which is better a nonstick set (like this one) or a stainless steel set???
I don't know but if you can get the caphalon set go for it ,you'll have it for life. non-stick is always better.
