Will Walmart or Gerbes do a custom half sheet cake for a birthday?

I have this idea for the perfect Birthday Cake in my head I have to make this one super fantastic since this is going to be the last themed birthday that I get. The problem is that my aunt is the one who always picks up the cake and she lives in Jefferson City, MO and the only places we have ever gotten from are walmart and gerbes if someone knows of a custom place for half sheet cakes in the St.James, Rolla, or Jefferson City areas those would be helpful too.
