What is Kraft American Cheese Food?? Can I just melt margarine until its liquid?
What is a paper lined muffin well? I'm making these for mothers day, their soppouse to be the cheese biscuits from Red Lobster, or something like that, and I'm hoping for a little help. Thanks in advance!
1 cup Milk
1/3 cup Mayo
1 tablespoon Sugar -- or
3 packages Sweet & Low
2 cups Self-rising flour
1/4 cup Kraft's American cheese -- grate
Liquid margarine
Garlic powder
Kraft American Cheese food
Combine milk, Mayo, sugar and flour. Beat with mixer at high speed, not
quite 1 minute until smooth and completely combined. Remove beaters. Use
rubber spatula to streak the dough with 1/4c cheese food. Drop batter
equally between 10 paper-lined muffin wells. Drizzle top of each with ts
liquid margarine and dust each with a little garlic powder plus 1 scant ts
additional cheese food. Bake 350~ 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown
and tripled in size. Cool in pan on racks for 30 minutes. Add only enough
flour so batter drops from spoon.
paper lined muffin wells = cupcake liners, sometimes paper, sometimes foil cups lined with paper. This way, the biscuit or muffin will not stick inside the muffin tin when they are done baking.
As for Kraft American Cheese food, well, am not completely sure. It may be a can of "squirt cheese" that you can drizzle across the top of the biscuits. You could NOT use margarine in it's place as it is meant to give extra cheesiness to the recipe. You'd be better off to just melt some american cheese and drizzle that across the top of the biscuits. Or just grate some extra cheese and sprinkle that across the tops.

Oatmeal Molasses Cookie Recipe by Emely
How to prepare Oatmeal Molasses Cookie Recipe? For chewier cookies, cut down on the baking time by a minute or two. For crisper cookies, rap the Baking Sheet against the oven rack halfway through baking. Makes about 48 cookies. Here are ingredients and directions:
OATMEAL MOLASSES COOKIE RECIPE

DIRECTIONS :
1. Position the rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly butter a large baking sheet; set it aside. Whisk the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside too.
2. Beat the butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until slightly softened, about 2 minutes. Add the sugar and beat until light, creamy, and pale yellow, about 3 more minutes.
3. Add the molasses and beat until well combined, then beat in the eggs one at a time. Finally, beat in the vanilla until smooth.
4. Turn off the beaters, add the prepared flour mixture, and beat at low speed just until a soft dough starts to form. There will be some dry patches of flour left.
5. Scrape down the beaters, remove them, and stir in the oats and dried cranberries with a wooden spoon, just until evenly distributed and the flour is fully moistened.
6. Mound by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 3 inches apart. Gently flatten the mounds a little with your hand or a rubber spatula.
7. Bake until brown but still pliable and soft, 12 to 14 minutes.
To cool:Leave the cookies on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Cool the baking sheet for at least 5 minutes and butter it again before baking another batch.
To store:The cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Variations:Add 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg or ground cloves with the cinnamon. Substitute raisins, dried blueberries, dried cherries, dried currants, or chopped dried pitted dates for the dried cranberries. Reduce the dried cranberries to 1 cup and add 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips with the remaining cranberries.
