Golden Chocolate Chip Cookies
My golden chocolate chip cookies is comparable to Mrs. Fields (I would say) and will have you craving for more after just one bite. These delicious cookies are soft, chewy and full of chocolate chips. The recipe is simple and easy to follow.
Ingredients you will need:
1/4 cup honey
2 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 sticks butter
2 large eggs
Steps to follow:
1) Combine flour soda and salt in one bowl
2) In another bowl, blend butter, both sugars, honey, and 2 large eggs
3) Combine the mixtures(bowl from step 2 into bowl from step 1)
4) Add Chocolate Chips
5) Roll dough into golf ball size and place on non-stick pan( no need to grease)
6) Preheat oven to 300 Degrees Fahrenheit
7) Bake for about 16-18 Minutes
Take out to cool. (Cookies will be very soft, let cool for at least 5 minutes)
9) Enjoy!!!

I dropped ha drop of hydrochloric acid on my cookie she. Can I still use it ? How ? (it's a non-stick cookie )
I hope some of you could help me. The acid already stained my Cookie Sheet. I already left it for about three weeks now. Can I use water and baking soda ?
Although HCL is a strong acid, a simple wash with soap and water should be more than enough. My guess is that you probably used some sort of household cleaner or something and spilled a little, so it's probably very dilluted anyway. If you're still worried though you could do a quick wash with a more basic solution like Baking Soda or strong soap (could even bleach it to be safe, bleach has a pH of about 14 vs HCL of 1).
Be careful in the future, HCL is a powerful acid, even when diluted : )
