Toilet Seat Cover Dispensers are an absolute "must" for facility managers planning new or renovated restrooms. These managers are intensely focused on the importance of sanitary conditions in public restrooms and are seeking new methods and new equipment to achieve their goals. It is also quick-dissolving so it will not pose a blockage problem for the plumbing pipes. Numerous public restrooms do have toilet seat covers available but for each restroom that does have this availability there are ten that do not.
Employers have a strong motivation to install Toilet Seat Cover Dispensers in their restrooms. These dispensers will help reduce costly absences of employees due to disease transmission. Reduced absences will result in a more productive work environment. In addition, an employer who demonstrates a strong interest in the employees' basic sanitary needs will have more loyal and motivated employees.
Because of the lack of Toilet Seat Cover Dispensers in public restrooms many people are purchasing their own seat covers for use in these restrooms. They are small enough that they can be easily carried in a purse or pocket. These toilet seat covers can be found on cleaning supply web sites and are sold in packages of 250 - 1000. The cost per toilet seat cover is slightly more than a penny per cover.

Which is greener - using paper towels to dry your hands or using electric hand dryers?
The ironic thing is that both the electric hand dryers and the towel dispensers say that they are more eco-friendly than the other... -_-

Any time you use a electric hand dryer, it consumes your electricity.
Paper towels use factory electricity to manufacture them. Not yours.
So paper towels will keep your energy usage to a minimum. But single use items ultimately cost more to use. You pay for the convenience.
It is greener to use cloth towels that you can use over and over after cleaning them. But then you have electric usage for the washer and/or dryer.
I use paper towels in the kitchen and cloth towels in the bathroom.
