Easiest Way to Trim Asparagus Before Cooking and Tips for Eating Healthy are Universal

Yields 4 Servings
1 pound Rutabaga2 teaspoons Almond oil
Cayenne pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400*F.
2. Peel the Rutabaga and slice it into thin rounds. Cut each round into quarters.
3. In a large bowl, toss the Rutabaga with the oil and cayenne pepper and salt, to taste.
